- Events - Information about up and Coming Events including Trade Shows, Employee Functions.
- Tasks - that have to be done, who has been assigned them and their due date.
- General discussion – comments about current issues – Dress code, Sales ideas.
- Links - to other sites that hold relevant information – Tax Office, Small Business sites, Exchange rate sites.
- Contacts – Information about the people your team work with

- History - the History of the company included when founded, its growth, when and what markets it expanded into and why.
- Vision - The Vision of the company in terms of what it does and in what direction it is heading.
